Lead Credits are applicable under the following conditions:
Leads with incorrect, not in service, or disconnected phone numbers (verified by calling).The lead does not meet the specified criteria mentioned above. up to 5 maximum lead credits.
Refund Policy:
Refunds are not available for any reason, including dissatisfaction with the leads or if the client has purchased from another source. This policy is in place due to the substantial costs involved in lead generation, including expenses for Facebook™ advertising, compliance efforts, personalized campaign setup, ongoing monitoring, testing, and automation system overhead. Typically, within 30 minutes of purchase, we begin creating and setting up your campaign.
Facebook™ charges BETTER LEADS LLC regardless of whether it's a good lead or not.
Lead credits are as stated above.
Lead Replacement Policy:
If a lead meets the refund conditions, it will be replaced with a new lead. Clients have a 15-day window to request a replacement by reaching out to [email protected]. The replacement lead will be deposited directly into their CRM account.
Lead Tracking and Optimization:
Every lead purchase includes a Facebook pixel and token to monitor and track lead activity. This is designed to optimize lead campaigns and enhance lead quality.
Exclusivity:
Leads obtained through BETTER LEADS LLC are exclusive to the purchasing agent and reserved for BETTER LEADS LLC users. This ensures that leads are not shared with other agents, maintaining exclusivity and enhancing the agent's opportunity for successful engagements.
Non-Refundable Scenarios:
No refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:
Personal dissatisfaction with the leads.
Client claims to have purchased from another source.
Inability to qualify the lead.
Hang-ups during the conversation.
No answer at the door during in-person visits.
Leads stating, they don't remember or believe the service was free.
Any other reasons not explicitly stated as refundable.
Explanation:

BETTER LEADS LLC reserves the right to update or modify the refund policy. Any changes will be communicated to clients, and the updated policy will take effect on a specified date.
